Antoine PEIGNE has been a Design Engineer at EcogenO since the start of the year.

It takes care of the production of high-throughput sequencing and qPCR data. He also takes part in the various developments in progress, in particular on the adaptation of single-cell technology to our scientific themes. As such, we have, for example, invested in monitoring the preparation tests of single-cell libraries on bacteria. Antoine has a bachelor's degree in molecular biology (BMC master's degree in Rennes) and has already worked at INRAE ​​on the Beaulieu campus.
