Unifying projects2023-11-13T14:54:33+01:00

La pooling of tools and skills should allow the Great West to carry out large-scale biology programs to participate in international programs. So, Biogenouest provides technological means and associated know-how to support teams in their pursuit of excellence. Biogenouest encourages collaborations and encourages participation in European and international projects. To this end, Biogenouest offers researchers the opportunity to set up cross-functional federating projects.

AAP_BGO2021

A unifying project has a character cross, innovative, original and " differentiating ". It highlights regional strengths and skills.

For a maximum period of 2 years, it is carried by at least one scientist and requires the recruitment of a person for its animation / coordination. The subsidy granted will relate only to the salary of this animator / coordinator.

Previous unifying projects

  • Modal (2019-2021): Decompartmentalize actors and resources in genomics, imaging in vivoin-vitro to consider the algorithmic exploitation (semantics and statistics) of heterogeneous data.
  • EcoSyst (2016-2018): inter-regional project to bring out Systems Ecology.
  • e-Biogenouest (2012 - 2015): an e-science initiative of the Biogenouest community to promote the development of projects exploiting new information and communication technologies (high performance computing, cloud, data management and exploitation, etc.). The e-BGO project ended on April 30, 2015 and gave birth to a national e-Science initiative with the CeSGO.org
  • Integrative biology (2009 - 2011)
  • Genome, adaptation and environment : effects of stress on a large scale evolution (from bacteria to humans) (2006 - 2008)
  • Non-viral vectorization (2006 - 2008)
