Le Prometheus NT.48* from the NanoTemper company is a NanoDSF allowing to characterize the thermal denaturation of proteins, as well as their rate ofaggregation.

This booming innovative technology allows the P2R core facility to offer new services for the quality control of proteins produced by the core facility or for your proteins of interest.

Examples of services:
- Quality Control : validation, reproducibility of different batches, aggregation rate
- Study of the stability protein over time
- Use of only 10 µL of sample by condition at concentrations from 5 μg / mL to 250 mg / mL
- Optimization of storage conditions proteins: temperature, concentration, pH, screening of buffers by Experiment Plan.
