The cytometry and cell sorting core facility Cytocell has decided to open access to Amnis ISX Mk II cytometry-imaging technology to future autonomous users. FP therefore proposes to train users in this technology and to support them in their projects. In addition, FP staff will continue to provide services related to this technology.

Amnis ISX Mk II cytometry-imaging equipment combines speed (5000 events per sec), sensitivity and phenotypic analysis capability specific to flow cytometers (12 fluorescence channels), with detailed imaging and functional specific to microscopy, working on cell samples in suspension.
