La PF se propose donc de former les utilisateurs \u00e0 cette technologie et de les accompagner dans leurs projets. Par ailleurs, le personnel de la PF continuera d&rsquo;assurer des prestations de service en lien avec cette technologie.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipement de cytom\u00e9trie-imagerie Amnis ISX Mk II permet de combiner la vitesse (5000 events par sec), la sensibilit\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;analyse ph\u00e9notypique propre aux cytom\u00e8tres en flux (12 canaux de fluorescence), avec l&rsquo;imagerie d\u00e9taill\u00e9e et fonctionnelle sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 la microscopie , en travaillant sur des \u00e9chantillons cellulaires en suspension.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de vous pr\u00e9senter
