Processing of genomics data obtained by high throughput sequencing.

The training is aimed at biologists directly involved in projects “Next generation sequencing”(NGS). This edition of the school addresses new technological challenges: it will revolve around three thematic workshops in parallel session (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq / ATAC-seq, DNA-seq variants), and will include an introduction to data integration, an opening to approaches “single cell”As well as technologies“long reads".

The school aims to introduce concepts and to manipulate IT tools and to interpret the results. It is based on an alternation of short theoretical sessions and practical workshops. Participants will benefit from personalized tutoring to develop their analysis plan, and perform the first steps of processing their own data or that of their core facility.
