Aurélie Doméné, engineer in charge of studies in biology

After training in biology and biotechnology at the Université de Nantes, I worked at the interface of the industrial sector and academic research in Tours. I was in charge of projects of different natures (from the provision of service to the development of protocols) notably by using immunofluorescence techniques.

Today I am joining the Nantes cell imaging core facility MicroPICell for set up CODEX multiplexing technology (for Co-Detection by Indexing) sold by the Akoya company. Recruited by the LabEx IGO (Immunotherapy Graft Oncology) for 1 year, my objectives are to validate and offer users this attractive technique which allows more than 40 markings to be made on a single section of tissue.
