On March 14, 2024, Rennes hosted the meeting of the GO-EV network (Western France Extracellular Vesicles Network). This day, organized at the Agro Campus Institute, brought together researchers, laboratories and industrial partners to share their advances and discuss new techniques in the field of extracellular vesicles (EVs).

A Day Rich in Content and Exchanges

The event began with an introductory session presented by Mehdi Tazi, GO-EV Network Coordinator, who highlighted the network's latest news and projects. This opening was followed by flash presentations of the laboratories, offering an overview of the work in progress within the network.

Dr. Clotilde Thery from Institut Curie captivated the audience with an in-depth presentation on extracellular vesicles, exploring current challenges and opportunities in this area of research. Next, Jérôme Darakdjian from Agilent presented his Flow Cytometer, an innovative tool for the analysis of EVs.

The afternoon was marked by several scientific presentations, with interventions by Virginie Daburon from ECOBIO, Dr. Normand Podechard and Joan Guillouzouic from IRSET. These presentations allowed for enriching discussions and fruitful exchanges of ideas between participants.
