The core facility Kissf Biogenouest invites you to participate in the 12th edition of theCNRS Thematic Screening School (ETC2026) which will take place in the village of Lazaret in Sète, from the 14th to September 17, 2026.
“Our goal is to bring together academic research teams and screening core facilities within a multidisciplinary training program in chemistry, biology, bioinformatics, and statistics. This event will be an opportunity to train new participants, but also to present new scientific and methodological approaches to already experienced participants.”
The main themes covered during this school will be:
- Concepts of screening and chemical library
- The different screening approaches: chemical, phenotypic, in silico…
- The use and contribution of artificial intelligence
- Post-screening “hit to lead” analyzes
- Statistical analyses specific to screening
- Valuation and patents, the FAIR approach & data management
The presentations will be given mainly in French, in plenary sessions, but also in small groups during the workshops.
